Yeasayer have finished recording their second album ‘Odd Blood’. Their debut album ‘All Hour Cymbals’ – filled with avant-garde rock and excellent vocal harmonies – was one of the best albums of 2007, so this follow up album is eagerly awaited in the WoB headquarters. It will be out early 2010.
In the meantime the band have dropped the first single ‘Ambling Alp’. A track they’ve been playing for a long time during their gigs. It even made my ‘best of 2008‘ list, based on this live version.
